Glass of Pie?

Here is something you can please the kids with or serve as an elegant dessert at the end of your dinner party. This is an easy dish to make, so easy in fact that your kids can do most of the work... with a bit of supervision of course. It's so good a friend of mine requests it every time she visits! The amount of servings really depend on the size of your wine glasses. I use the larger glasses when I make it for just me and my hunny and the smaller for company since no one likes to look like a pig in public. We save that for the comfort of our own homes... don't we ladies?

1 pkt Instant Chocolate Pudding (family size)
3 cup Milk
Chocolate Syrup
4 Gram Crackers, crushed
Cool Whip
Cherries (Optional Garnish)
Mint Leaves (Optional Garnish)

1) Prepare pudding in large bowl according to package for pudding.

2) Drizzle chocolate syrup inside of each wine glass in a ring so the syrup runs down to the bottom. If you have a Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce use that as well. It makes a pretty set up as well as very tasty!

3) Sprinkle 1/2 crushed gram cracker in bottom of each glass. Layer with 2 heaping tbsp of pudding, 2 tbsp cool whip then the other half of cracker and one more layer of pudding.

4) Top off with a dollop of cool whip then drizzle top with more syrup. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves.
Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
